30-Day Return Policy

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contact info@revlean24.com before returning anything to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Unopened Products

Unopened and unused products returned in their original packaging may qualify for a full refund of the product purchase price.

Opened-Product Guarantee

For a customer's first Revlean purchase, an opened product may qualify for a refund of 50% of the product purchase price when the return request is made within 30 days of delivery.

The original container, packaging, and any remaining product must be returned. The opened-product guarantee is limited to one first purchase per customer and household and is subject to verification. Excessive use, misuse, empty containers, duplicate requests, and purchases suspected of abuse are not eligible.

Return Shipping and Original Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and expedited-shipping fees are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service because Revlean is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. If approved, we will provide an appropriate replacement or refund and instructions for the product.

Refund Processing

After an authorized return is received and inspected, we will email you with the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for Revlean to process an approved refund; your bank or card issuer may require additional time.
