Refund policy

30-Day First-Order Guarantee

Try Revlean risk-free. If you're not satisfied with your first Revlean order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your full order total, including shipping, even if the products are opened. You don't need to send anything back.

  • Applies to your first Revlean order only, one per customer and household.
  • Covers everything in that order, including bundles such as the 30-Day AM + PM System.
  • Request your refund within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
  • Applies to orders placed at revlean.com. Orders placed on TikTok Shop are handled through TikTok Shop's return and refund process.

Returns on Later Orders

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Contact us first for a return authorization; returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable on later orders. Opened products from later orders cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if we need the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.

Please ship returns with USPS. P.O. boxes can't receive UPS or FedEx deliveries. Include your order number inside the package.

Fair Use

We may decline requests that appear to abuse this policy, such as repeated guarantee claims or multiple accounts for the same household.
